About the role
- Conduct detailed analyses of client requirements and translate those needs into effective solutions using SAP best practices;
- Develop and configure the system according to client specifications, ensuring process quality and efficiency;
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure adoption and effective use of implemented solutions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and interoperability across SAP SuccessFactors modules;
- Monitor and resolve technical and functional issues related to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions;
- Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of processes related to the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solution.
- Configuration of corporate benefits: Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation voucher, Health insurance (with age-based cost variation), Dental insurance, Life insurance, Private pension and other benefits;
- Configuration of calculation base: Employer and employee contributions;
- Eligibility rules by category, age range and dependents;
- Standard integration of benefits with payroll;
- Configuration of complex rules in Customizing and maintenance of tables;
- Preparation of functional specifications and testing of developments for interfaces with benefits providers;
- Validation of calculations and adjustments in critical processes;
- Preparation of data sets and test scenarios;
- Execution of unit and integrated tests;
- Support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel testing;
- Validation of ABAP developments;
- Other area routines.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing the SAP HCM benefits module;
- Experience in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors projects;
- Participation in full-cycle projects (from blueprint to post go-live);
- Ability to perform advanced configurations and customizations in the SAP HCM Benefits module;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferably SAP Activate);
- Proven experience in SAP implementation projects;
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
- Desired: Knowledge of flexible benefits management and market best practices;
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP HCM Payroll;
- SAP certifications.
