About the role

  • Conduct detailed analyses of client requirements and translate those needs into effective solutions using SAP best practices;
  • Develop and configure the system according to client specifications, ensuring process quality and efficiency;
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure adoption and effective use of implemented solutions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and interoperability across SAP SuccessFactors modules;
  • Monitor and resolve technical and functional issues related to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions;
  • Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of processes related to the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solution.
  • Configuration of corporate benefits: Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation voucher, Health insurance (with age-based cost variation), Dental insurance, Life insurance, Private pension and other benefits;
  • Configuration of calculation base: Employer and employee contributions;
  • Eligibility rules by category, age range and dependents;
  • Standard integration of benefits with payroll;
  • Configuration of complex rules in Customizing and maintenance of tables;
  • Preparation of functional specifications and testing of developments for interfaces with benefits providers;
  • Validation of calculations and adjustments in critical processes;
  • Preparation of data sets and test scenarios;
  • Execution of unit and integrated tests;
  • Support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel testing;
  • Validation of ABAP developments;
  • Other area routines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing the SAP HCM benefits module;
  • Experience in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors projects;
  • Participation in full-cycle projects (from blueprint to post go-live);
  • Ability to perform advanced configurations and customizations in the SAP HCM Benefits module;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferably SAP Activate);
  • Proven experience in SAP implementation projects;
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Desired: Knowledge of flexible benefits management and market best practices;
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP HCM Payroll;
  • SAP certifications.
