About the role

  • Conduct detailed analyses of client needs and translate those requirements into effective solutions using SAP best practices;
  • Develop and configure the system according to client specifications, ensuring process quality and efficiency;
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure adoption and effective use of implemented solutions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and interoperability across SAP SuccessFactors modules;
  • Monitor and resolve technical and functional issues related to SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions;
  • Participate in defining and continuously improving processes related to the SuccessFactors Employee Central solution;
  • Benefits configuration: allowance, insurance, health insurance, reimbursement and savings;
  • Configuration of work/life events, business rules, eligibility rules (employees and dependents), pay components and rate charts;
  • Configuration of complex/dynamic workflows;
  • Role-Based Permissions management;
  • Custom MDF configuration and UI focused on benefits;
  • Preparation of functional specifications;
  • Preparation of data sets and test scenarios;
  • Execution of unit and integration tests;
  • Support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel testing;
  • Validation of ABAP developments;
  • Data migration and data loads;
  • Other routine activities in the area.

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing the Employee Central Global Benefits module;
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP HCM projects;
  • Participation in end-to-end projects (from blueprint to post-go-live);
  • Ability to perform advanced configurations and customizations in the Benefits module;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferably SAP Activate);
  • Proven experience in SAP implementation projects: Required;
  • Bachelor's degree completed. Desirable: knowledge of flexible benefits management and market best practices;
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM Benefits;
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
