About the role
- Lead Salesforce strategy: define the technical approach in partnership with the Vision New Wearer team, aligning it with business objectives;
- Act as the sole Salesforce expert, responsible for all SFDC-related decisions and integrations;
- Ensure alignment with architecture and governance teams to maintain compliance and standards;
- Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions using modern design patterns;
- Translate user stories into efficient, well-documented code;
- Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines;
- Collaborate with engineers and QA to ensure end-to-end system understanding;
- Manage technical debt and ensure compliance with security requirements;
- Provide ongoing support, including incident management and root-cause analysis;
- Other routine responsibilities within the area.
Requirements
- Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud;
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Flow;
- Strong experience with integrations (REST API, Webhooks);
- Familiarity with design patterns and FFLIB;
- Source code management using Git;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude;
- Experience obtaining CAB/Governance approvals for proposed technical changes;
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Nice-to-haves: experience mentoring technical teams;
- Experience with Health Cloud.
