About the role

  • Lead Salesforce strategy: define the technical approach in partnership with the Vision New Wearer team, aligning it with business objectives;
  • Act as the sole Salesforce expert, responsible for all SFDC-related decisions and integrations;
  • Ensure alignment with architecture and governance teams to maintain compliance and standards;
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions using modern design patterns;
  • Translate user stories into efficient, well-documented code;
  • Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines;
  • Collaborate with engineers and QA to ensure end-to-end system understanding;
  • Manage technical debt and ensure compliance with security requirements;
  • Provide ongoing support, including incident management and root-cause analysis;
  • Other routine responsibilities within the area.

Requirements

  • Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud;
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Flow;
  • Strong experience with integrations (REST API, Webhooks);
  • Familiarity with design patterns and FFLIB;
  • Source code management using Git;
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude;
  • Experience obtaining CAB/Governance approvals for proposed technical changes;
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Nice-to-haves: experience mentoring technical teams;
  • Experience with Health Cloud.
