About the role
- Build and maintain software solutions by translating user stories from the backlog into functional solutions;
- Prepare high-quality documentation and ensure efficient solutions;
- Conduct testing of software solutions;
- Work closely with Software Engineers and QA professionals;
- Support the Product Owner in defining user stories;
- Promote best practices through global knowledge-sharing programs;
- Develop, publish and maintain enablement materials for sales teams and channels;
- Respond to questions related to processes and policies;
- Handle resolution of internal operational issues;
- Develop process maps and identify continuous improvement opportunities;
- Proactively drive improvements in processes and policies;
- Provide monthly, quarterly and on-demand reports and metrics;
- Act as a troubleshooter, proposing new ideas and approaches.
Requirements
- Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud;
- Specialization in System Integration (REST API, Webhooks);
- Familiarity with design patterns;
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines;
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum;
- Curiosity to explore and develop knowledge about the current CRM implementation;
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude;
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Preferred: Experience with Health Cloud;
- Language: Advanced spoken English (an interview stage will be conducted in English);
