About the role
- Develop automation pipelines, enhance CI/CD processes, and promote operational excellence;
- Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructures with a focus on high availability, scalability and low latency, supporting critical environments that require high performance and real-time responses;
- Develop, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions;
- Oversee Kubernetes (K8s) environments to ensure efficient container orchestration and management;
- Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Implement automation strategies to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort;
- Work in Agile environments, participating in ceremonies such as daily meetings, planning, retrospectives and reviews;
- Manage incident response processes to minimize downtime and ensure rapid recovery;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT operations with business objectives;
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a DevOps / SRE
- Strong experience with AWS architecture and services
- Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration
- Experience with IaC (Terraform, Tofu, CloudFormation)
- Expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines in GitHub
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of monitoring and incident management tools
- AWS DevOps Engineer certification
- AWS SysOps Administrator Associate certification
