About the role
- Act as the squad's lead developer to build and maintain software solutions, translating backlog user stories into functional code using modern design patterns and architectural principles;
- Guide and support team members in resolving technical challenges, aligned with the squad's technology strategy;
- Ensure the squad produces high-quality, well-documented, efficient, and maintainable code, following established standards;
- Lead testing and deployment processes, ensuring adequate unit test coverage;
- Mentor and train squad members on technical best practices and principles;
- Improve operational efficiency by leveraging the SDLC toolchain;
- Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision, ensuring the solution meets its intended purpose;
- Collaborate with Lead Engineers and other squads to monitor, resolve, escalate, and manage dependencies and impediments;
- Assist the Product Owner in defining clear stories and acceptance criteria;
- Provide resourcing support to resolve bottlenecks and onboard new engineers within engineering practices;
- Manage technical debt, including vulnerability scanning;
- Work with leaders and developers (SFDC, SFMC, full-stack, testers) to deliver end-to-end solutions;
Requirements
- Experience implementing Salesforce (SFDC) in end-to-end projects;
- Proficiency in Salesforce data migration, including analysis, validation, and data cleansing;
- Proficiency using Data Loader, Data Wizard, Workbench, and SOQL queries;
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
- Expertise in system integrations (REST API, Webhooks);
- Functional knowledge of Marketing Cloud;
- Functional knowledge of full stack tools (e.g., ContentStack, React, Next.js);
- Experience with the FFLib framework;
- Familiarity with design patterns;
- Experience managing source code using Git/Bitbucket;
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum;
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude;
- Experience mentoring and training teams to raise technical capabilities.
