About the role
- Prospecting and qualifying leads;
- Data and customer analysis;
- Preparing call scripts;
- Identifying solutions to customer pain points;
- Creating a unique value proposition (unique selling proposition);
- Managing deal qualification and proposals;
- Preparing and presenting proposals;
- Supporting the BRM (Business Relationship Manager) and commercial team with technical expertise;
- Managing the delivery of projects and services based on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring quality, timelines and scope;
- Acting as the focal point between the client, technical team, pre-sales and other involved areas;
- Planning, monitoring and reporting project progress;
- Ensuring adherence to methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) according to project needs;
- Supporting pre-sales activities: analysis of RFP/RFI, preparation of technical proposals and solution presentations;
- Identifying risks and defining mitigation plans;
- Ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices and IT governance;
- Participating in strategic meetings with clients to understand new demands and platform evolution;
- Leading the technical team in alignment with ServiceNow and organizational best practices;
- Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), producing progress reports and proposing continuous improvements;
- Other routine responsibilities of the area.
Requirements
- Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads;
- Knowledge of data analysis and customer needs assessment;
- Ability to identify customer pain points and propose solutions;
- Experience in managing and delivering ServiceNow projects;
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid);
- Experience with pre-sales (RFP/RFI, technical proposals);
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT governance;
- Ability to lead technical teams and act as a client contact point;
- Monitoring KPIs and preparing reports;
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, etc.);
- Experience in contract and SLA management;
- Previous experience in multinational environments and global operations;
- Language: Advanced English (conversational) — there will be an interview in this language;
- Advantage: conversational Spanish.
