About the role

  • Lead assurance services for accessibility, compliance, and data privacy on web and mobile platforms;
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all business and technology teams across the company, ensuring communication and governance;
  • Define and enforce accessibility and security standards for digital applications;
  • Manage and guide teams to deliver compliance initiatives and mitigate operational risks;
  • Drive continuous improvement of assurance processes through proactive leadership and stakeholder engagement;
  • Other routine tasks within the area.

Requirements

  • Functional and/or development experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B;
  • Experience as a Service Manager (nearshore), acting as a leader and escalation point;
  • Experience in Assurance projects: accessibility, compliance, security, and privacy;
  • Knowledge of Digital Accessibility Testing (web and mobile);
  • Knowledge of web compliance, security standards, and corporate policies;
  • Knowledge of data privacy and cookie compliance;
  • Experience with test automation using Selenium and Tosca;
  • Leadership and team management skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Language: Advanced English for spoken communication (there will be an interview stage in English).
