About the role
- Lead assurance services for accessibility, compliance, and data privacy on web and mobile platforms;
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all business and technology teams across the company, ensuring communication and governance;
- Define and enforce accessibility and security standards for digital applications;
- Manage and guide teams to deliver compliance initiatives and mitigate operational risks;
- Drive continuous improvement of assurance processes through proactive leadership and stakeholder engagement;
- Other routine tasks within the area.
Requirements
- Functional and/or development experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B;
- Experience as a Service Manager (nearshore), acting as a leader and escalation point;
- Experience in Assurance projects: accessibility, compliance, security, and privacy;
- Knowledge of Digital Accessibility Testing (web and mobile);
- Knowledge of web compliance, security standards, and corporate policies;
- Knowledge of data privacy and cookie compliance;
- Experience with test automation using Selenium and Tosca;
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Language: Advanced English for spoken communication (there will be an interview stage in English).
