About the role
- Act as primary SPOC (Single Point of Contact), coordinating resources and managing priorities across teams;
- Conduct service reviews, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution for critical business processes;
- Propose and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and governance;
- Analyze KPIs and reporting metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and compliance standards;
- Other routine responsibilities within the area.
Requirements
- Functional and/or development experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B;
- Expertise in Salesforce configurations, including Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Roles, Enterprise Territory Management, Security Controls, Reports, Dashboards, and Sharing Rules;
- Experience in Administration, Configuration, and Implementation on the Salesforce platform;
- Experience in Salesforce customization, security access controls, workflow approvals, data validation, and data utilities;
- Expertise in SFDC development using: Apex language; Visualforce (pages, classes, controllers); Triggers; Indexes; Web Services; Components; Tabs; Apex Web Services; Custom Objects; Reports, Dashboards and Analytic Snapshots; Profiles, Role creation, Page Layouts, Org-Wide Defaults and Sharing Rules;
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Field Service, CPQ, Ant Migration Tool, standard and custom controllers, Data Loader, Force.com, Eclipse IDE Plug-in, VS Code, Workflow-Approval, custom objects, custom tabs, email services, HTML, Web Services (REST and SOAP);
- Experience debugging code for troubleshooting;
- Bachelor’s degree (required);
- Language: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview stage in English).
