About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source qualified sales candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on the required qualifications and project criteria.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, competencies, and overall suitability.
- Submit qualified candidates along with concise screening notes and interview feedback.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the agreed timeline and hiring targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an in-house or freelance recruiter, preferably with experience in sales recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to proactively identify candidates using various recruitment platforms and talent databases.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities independently.
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and personal laptop.
