About the role
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of a comprehensive platform solution catering to various business verticals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and transform innovative ideas into tangible platform features or enhancements.
- Create high quality and precise PRD to increase the speed and quality of tech team's development.
- Streamline and simplify complex developments within the platform to enhance efficiency across diverse business areas.
- Deeply engage in comprehending Moladin's complete business process landscape to align platform development with organizational goals.
- Encourage and contribute to a culture of innovation by proactively proposing and implementing improvements that uplift the overall performance and efficiency of the platform.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles.
- High Product ownership is a MUST, taking responsibility for all aspects related to your product, involving yourself in product QA tests, and adeptly coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn, maintain diligence in work, and exhibit excellent time management skills.
- Curious and proactive. Not just collecting requirements, but exploring alternatives, benchmarking, and proposing improvements.
- Passion in data-driven product development; have a biased instinct to be data-driven when making decisions.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors.
- Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian).
- Strong interpersonal skills to challenge assumptions diplomatically and build alignment with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to grasp and break down complex context quickly; comfortable in doing RCA analysis & growth tree visualization using MECE framework.
- Data-minded whenever possible.
- You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long-term impact.
- You know every step of the funnel.
- You can design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests, and probably know a bit of SQL.
- You can “rewire” your brain to think like a real business owner would and are genuinely interested in understanding their behaviour and motivations.
