About the role
- Voice of the customer - As a customer support agent, you will handle incoming inquiries via e‑mail, WhatsApp and occasionally by phone, assisting customers with questions and concerns before, during and after purchase.
- Problem solver - Helping customers resolve their issues and ensuring their satisfaction is your top priority.
- Experience management - We pride ourselves on honest, personalized customer service and are committed to making our customers happy.
Requirements
- Experienced & confident - You have previous experience in customer support and are strong both written and verbally.
- Attention to detail - You place high value on correct spelling and grammar.
- Familiarity with inventory/ERP and ticketing tools is a plus, e.g. Zendesk.
- Hands-on mentality - In a small company, an open and flexible mindset is essential.
