Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, test, and maintain modern applications spanning backend services, mobile applications, and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Participate in technical discovery, architecture discussions, and solution design
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services, including third-party integrations
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, including query optimization and migrations
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices
• Identify and resolve technical risks and challenges
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Continuously learn and contribute to the engineering team’s growth
• Work across varied client engagements, industries, technologies, and teams
• Deliver impactful software solutions for clients
• Within the first year, deliver high-quality software, build client and teammate relationships, demonstrate technical ownership, contribute to engineering excellence, and expand technical and consulting capabilities
