About the role

  • Support the HR Training Academy team with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate assignments during the training of safety drivers.
  • Conduct selection events for new safety drivers together with the recruiting team.
  • Support onboarding at depots and continuously refine the onboarding concept.
  • Develop training concepts for safety drivers and contribute to the further development of existing programs.
  • Create digital training materials and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Contribute creatively to a variety of projects and topics.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Business Psychology, HR Management or a related field.
  • Some professional experience.
  • Proficient in common programs such as MS Office.
  • Flexibility regarding work location – home office, HQ near the Binnenalster, or depots.
  • Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to interact on an equal footing.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for topics related to autonomous vehicle operations.
  • Valid EU driving license (Class B).
