About the role
- Support in the preparation, follow-up and organisation of personnel development initiatives (onboarding sessions, workshops, trainings)
- Assist with implementation and follow-up activities, including analysis of employee surveys
- Support administration and master-data maintenance of the online training tool
- Conduct independent research and prepare training materials in a targeted manner
- Contribute to projects related to employee development
Requirements
- Enrolled student in business administration, economics or a related field and expected to remain enrolled for at least 12 more months
- Ideally, experience in HR/talent development
- Enjoy working in a team and possess strong communication skills, self-organisation and flexibility
- Confident user of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
