Operations

• Own the global strategy for Remote Guidance operations and align it with the overall AV roadmap.
• Drive the setup of Remote Operations Centers across Europe and North America, ensuring efficient and safe operations providing 24/7 coverage.
• Define and maintain SOPs for monitoring, remote intervention, escalation, and system recovery.
• Define operational KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement based on analytical insights from our operations data.
• Partner with Engineering and Product in aligning product requirements and operational concepts.
• Lead safety and compliance efforts, including remote operator certification and adherence to local, state, and national regulations.
• Drive efficiency and scalability through automation, human–machine interface improvements, and tooling.
• Engage and manage technology vendors and partners; collaborate with legal, policy, and safety stakeholders.
