About the role

  • Architect, design, implement, and document Vistex V4 application solutions in an SAP/S4 HANA environment
  • Design and provide ongoing recommendations and best practices from technical and operational aspects
  • Provide SAP Vistex support to internal customers and projects
  • Take ownership of small projects as assigned
  • Communicate with management and escalate issues as needed
  • Monitor day-to-day project execution to ensure that the plan is being followed
  • Ensure system support documentation is kept up to date and contains any changes as a result of any upgrades or redesigns
  • Manage and approve insurance requirements for all contractors
  • Manage certificate of insurance software

Requirements

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a directly related field of study with a focus in IT
  • 6 yrs of progressively responsible & related hands-on exp w/ SAP Vistex technologies
  • 6 yrs of combined exp leading teams through implementation, upgrade & maintenance projects
  • 6 yrs of combined exp to include EACH of the following: ERP applications, system dev life cycle, dynamics of applications dev projects & IT practices & methods
  • 6 yrs of combined exp to include utilizing EACH of the following: principles, techniques & methodology of project mgmt, quality mgmt, & change mgmt
  • 6 yrs of combined exp utilizing Charm change control & transport mgmt application
  • 6 yrs of combined exp to include EACH of the following Master Data & Transactional Objects: Customer, Materials, Pricing, Rebates, Sales Orders, & UOM Cross reference files
  • 6 yrs of combined exp with Sales Orders to include EACH of the following: processing, pricing, billing, Customer Master, Returns, & Rebate processing
  • 6 yrs of exp translating basic compensation plans into Vistex agreements
  • 6 yrs of combined exp in troubleshooting & debugging SAP Vistex configuration & underlying code to determine root cause & proposing resolutions w/in the Vistex commissions & rebates applications
  • 6 yrs of combined exp performing & supporting System Design & Customization in IP modules & Buckets for various business processes
  • 6 yrs of combined exp overseeing, administering, & coordinating system upgrades & patches for ERP business Sales, Distribution, & Vistex process
  • 6 yrs of exp providing technical assistance in the preparation of new system dev proposals
  • 6 yrs of exp dev a SAP/Vistex user procedure & training curriculum
  • 6 yrs of exp keeping up w/ current ERP mgmt trends, literature, & technologies to identify opps for improving business processes & assist in the prep or proposals to develop new systems
  • 6 yrs of exp translating business rqmts into System Rqmts Specification
  • 6 yrs of exp executing &/or coordinating system integration testing

  • 5 yrs of exp w/ current technologies that support SAP S4 HANA
  • 5 yrs of combined hands-on exp w/ Vistex configurations, debugging & implementations for the Vistex V4 S4/HANA version
  • 5 yrs of combined exp to include EACH of the following: Vistex V4 for S4/HANA version, integration to SAP/S4 HANA 2020, & associated processes
  • 5 yrs of combined exp with Business Partners/Customer & Vendor Master Data
  • 3 yrs of combined exp with basic SOX & audit reqs to include EACH of the following: Vistex system, month-end close & reporting aspects & security implications
  • 3 yrs of exp partnering w/ the business to identify business processes that require change & support for continuous operational improvements
  • 3 yrs of combined exp with the configuration & custom application design during UAT, & Go-live, & Post Go-Live
