About the role

  • Define and iterate the multi-year roadmap for pricing tools, aligning with business goals and strategic priorities.
  • Translate business outcomes into epics and user stories; prioritize and manage the backlog across Pricefx, SAP/Vistex, and downstream data integration.
  • Drive releases for key initiatives such as Entitlement Group pricing logic, Residential and Commercial price registration, limited time price expirations, pricing guidance change Logs, agreement approvals, and batch updates.
  • Champion a ‘sales-first’ user experience: test with real users, gather UAT feedback, and ensure offline/table-based options complement online tools.
  • Lead enablement and training plans in partnership with Sales Enablement.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with Pricing Operations, Analytics, Sales, Product Management, IT, and Commissions.
  • Partner with IT/Data Engineering on Datamart design, data completeness validation, and system health.
  • Ensure downstream data integrity (Xchange, Vistex, SAP) and instrument dashboards for effective price management.
  • Embed auditability and controls (e.g., price change logs, MPI rules/guardrails, regional agreements workflows).
  • Support post-mortems and ‘go/no-go’ readiness reviews.
  • Define success metrics (adoption, guidance adherence, turnaround time, margin uplift) and run dashboard ‘road shows’ with business units.
  • Manage dependencies, communicate schedule changes, and maintain stakeholder confidence through transparent status and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 1-3 years of management experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with Pricefx, SAP OTC/Vistex, and data visualization/dashboards; familiarity with mobile/app enablement and offline tool patterns.
  • Experience working with Datamart/transaction data pipelines, instrumenting KPIs, and supporting business decisions via dashboards and analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance/Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
