About the role

  • Partner with the Stone Sales team's internal departments and external service providers to resolve issues
  • Assist in the development and management of sales, inventory, and other various operational programs
  • Provide advanced sales reporting metrics and dashboards
  • Make recommendations based on external and internal data related to sales, marketing, and merchandising activities
  • Provide input to Sales leadership about trends and changes and make recommendations about future courses of action necessary
  • Assist Stone Sales team in ensuring any customer compliance programs are monitored and objectives are met to minimize financial impacts
  • Identify and help implement opportunities for process improvement within the Sales Operations function and recommend implementation enhancements to streamline sales support processes
  • May work directly with external customers and internal functions to provide relevant and accurate sales data and forecasts
  • May assist with the creation of sales proposals and presentations by collaborating with the Sales teams
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once
  • A high degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
