About the role
- Partner with the Stone Sales team's internal departments and external service providers to resolve issues
- Assist in the development and management of sales, inventory, and other various operational programs
- Provide advanced sales reporting metrics and dashboards
- Make recommendations based on external and internal data related to sales, marketing, and merchandising activities
- Provide input to Sales leadership about trends and changes and make recommendations about future courses of action necessary
- Assist Stone Sales team in ensuring any customer compliance programs are monitored and objectives are met to minimize financial impacts
- Identify and help implement opportunities for process improvement within the Sales Operations function and recommend implementation enhancements to streamline sales support processes
- May work directly with external customers and internal functions to provide relevant and accurate sales data and forecasts
- May assist with the creation of sales proposals and presentations by collaborating with the Sales teams
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products
- Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once
- A high degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
