About the role
- Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to support the design and refinement of sales incentive plans.
- Administer sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of bonuses.
- Perform advanced analysis of sales performance and attainment trends.
- Independently build and refine incentive plan models and payout scenarios.
- Validate sales compensation plan designs through detailed data reviews.
- Prepare and interpret dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Power BI experience preferred
