About the role

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to support the design and refinement of sales incentive plans.
  • Administer sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of bonuses.
  • Perform advanced analysis of sales performance and attainment trends.
  • Independently build and refine incentive plan models and payout scenarios.
  • Validate sales compensation plan designs through detailed data reviews.
  • Prepare and interpret dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Power BI experience preferred
