About the role
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening – Learn Boolean search techniques, shortlist resumes, and shadow interviews to gain insight into the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Recruiting Metrics & Process Optimization – Track key hiring data, audit the candidate experience, and refine job descriptions for inclusivity and clarity.
- Employer Branding & Social Media – Assist in drafting LinkedIn content and researching competitive employer branding strategies to strengthen our talent attraction efforts.
- Operational Support – Ensure data accuracy, organize candidate records, and improve internal recruiting workflows.
- Professional Development & Leadership Exposure – Help coordinate lunch & learns, network with cross-functional teams, and present key internship learnings to leadership at the end of the program.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Currently a Junior or Senior in college
