About the role
- Monitor and track inventory of all flooring products and accessories in assigned warehouse
- Responsible for cycle counting and maintaining accurate records of inventory
- Provide management information on inventory problems, corrections, and adjustments
- Support other warehouse personnel in loading and unloading flooring products
- Conduct searches to locate products within the internal business system
- Adjust records when there are discrepancies between actual product and records
- Assist in processing and inspecting returns
- Maintain all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts
- Process claims and returns merchandise to proper location onto salvage bin
- Operate forklift, cherry picker, and reach truck safely and efficiently
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Forklift driving experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Must be able to pass the Mohawk Lift Truck Certification
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Must be responsible and report any discrepancies to management immediately.
