About the role
- Train management on effective performance management, handling employee relations issues, organizational change and development.
- Develop programs, policies, and procedures regarding employment, staffing, and turnover.
- Manage location Affirmative Action Program and develop action plans.
- Ensure OSHA and other safety procedures are followed.
- Oversee implementation, administration, and communication of annual corporate projects.
- Serve as an advisor and mentor to subordinates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 1-3 years of management experience.
- HR certification preferred.
