About the role

  • Plan and prioritize maintenance operations, establishing sequences for repair and preventative services.
  • Monitor schedules and coordinate department activities to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and execute strategies that support TPM and Maintenance Excellence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
  • Work closely with Safety and Quality teams to identify issues and enhance programs.
  • Manage budgets and cost containment controls.
  • Lead project planning and controls for maintenance and construction operations.
  • Foster a safe work environment through proactive problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 8-10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
