About the role
- Plan and prioritize maintenance operations, establishing sequences for repair and preventative services.
- Monitor schedules and coordinate department activities to meet deadlines.
- Develop and execute strategies that support TPM and Maintenance Excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
- Work closely with Safety and Quality teams to identify issues and enhance programs.
- Manage budgets and cost containment controls.
- Lead project planning and controls for maintenance and construction operations.
- Foster a safe work environment through proactive problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 8-10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of management experience.
