About the role
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of sales technology solutions, including CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and sales automation platforms
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce automations (Flows, complex validation rules, custom objects, etc.)
- Lead mandatory platform upgrades
- Lead system upgrades and Salesforce release testing
- Responsible for CRM administrative functions including, but not limited to customer support, user management, data management, flows, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategy and decision-making
- Work with IT teams and vendors to optimize the configuration and customization of sales technology solutions
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through the use of technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives
- Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team
- Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts
- Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Required Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
- Experience in Sales & Service Cloud required.
- Experience in Experience Cloud or Commerce Cloud preferred.
- Strong Data Management Skills (Data Loader, SOQL, queries, data modeling)
- Strong knowledge in Lightning Experience, Flows and Advanced Automation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Highly analytical
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products, and Salesforce.
