- Responsible for the leadership and management of Technical Manufacturing operations
- Driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Creating a maintenance culture that drives safety
- Hiring, managing, coaching and developing a high performing maintenance team
- Contributing to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of management experience
