About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction throughout retail locations
- Train, coach, and drive sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments
- Manage account relationships and provide support for Therma-Tru / Larson/ Fiberon product line
- Execute product knowledge sessions for retail staff
- Implement sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals
- Travel for field sales roles covering Washington, Oregon, and Alaska
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of sales experience (ideally client facing)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Coursework or college degree in Business, Sales, or similar field of study
- Field sales experience
- Understanding of sales process and cycle
- Background in the building materials or millwork industry (e.g. windows, doors, decking, railing, plumbing)
- Familiarity working with any CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for full region coverage
