About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, builders, and other channel partners throughout your territory.
- Partner with customers to identify opportunities that support profitable growth for both their business and ours.
- Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute annual territory business plans aligned with strategic priorities.
- Deliver engaging product presentations, educational sessions, and training that build product knowledge and customer confidence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of outside sales experience within the building materials, construction products, or a related industry.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with distributors, dealers, lumberyards, or wholesale channel partners.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to foster trust and credibility across a variety of customer groups.
- Valid driver's license.
