About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the SAP Cloud for Sales and Service platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Provide day-to-day system and application support, including user setup, management, and training.
Troubleshoot and debug system issues.
Design, develop, and implement custom functionalities and integrations using SAP Cloud SDK and other tools.
Customize and extend SAP Sales and Service Cloud functionalities based on business requirements.
Implement integrations between SAP Sales and Service Cloud and other systems, including mash-up development.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within SAP Cloud for Sales and Service.
Create clear and effective reporting based on business requests.
Optimize system performance, ensure scalability, and suggest improvements to existing configurations and workflows.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules and third-party systems.
Provide technical leadership by coordinating and supporting managed services/external resources and priorities, mentoring junior developers and guiding the implementation of best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years’ experience with SAP Cloud architecture development and implementation with Customer Service and Sales focus.
Proficiency in programming languages such as ABSL, ABAP, Java, or JavaScript.
Proficiency with Fiori user experience and apps framework
Strong understanding of SAP C4C integration tools and APIs.
Past experience working with offshore and ability to administrate the offshore delivery
Proven track record of successful, full-scale SAP C4C implementation projects from a leadership and development perspective, preferably using Agile methodology.
Self-motivated, team player that is task oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable and competent in developing technical design specifications, documenting system and business processes from inception to completion to build organization and system knowledgebases.
