Key responsibilities & impact

Successfully drive sales of House of Rohl products through a variety of customer channels
Meet and exceed sales budgets, display goals, and execute annual business plan and strategic initiatives
Develop business relationships with showroom sales personnel, management, and ownership
Prospect for new business development with relevant potential customers
Develop and maintain relationships with the specification community
Serve as a key point of contact for territory issue resolution needs
Make recommendations for business development to grow market share

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 - 10 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in outside sales roles
Prior experience engaging with and calling on interior designers, architects, luxury kitchen & bath showrooms, builders, and/or plumbers
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with luxury clientele
Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
Valid driver’s license
Microsoft Office experience (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
