💰 $70,000 - $80,000 per year
About the role
- Represent and sell the luxury House of Rohl portfolio of products in assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with showroom partners, builders, architects, and the design community
- Lead territory growth efforts by developing new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets
- Ensure brand excellence across customers touch points and maintain professional representation of the company
- Perform all sales responsibilities and related functions within the assigned territory at direction of Regional Sales Manager
- Develop and maintain relationships with Authorized showroom sales personnel, management, and ownership
- Prospect for new business with non-authorized kitchen & bath dealers, plumbing wholesalers, distributors, builders, plumbers
- Develop and maintain relationships with the specification community including Architects, Designers, Builders and the Hospitality Industry
- Meet or exceed mutually agreed upon sales budget targets and other annual goals
- Act as key point of contact for territory issue resolution and coordinate with Customer Service, Technical, Sales Management, Marketing, or Product Marketing
- Make recommendations for business development to grow market share and position
Requirements
- 3+ years of luxury or designer sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to represent a premium brand with professionalism and polish
- Ability to analyze market conditions and competition to develop strategic responses
- Ability to travel and work unsupervised as well as non-standard hours
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license and current insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and utilize required tools to install displays as needed
- Ability to travel overnight approximately 1-2 nights per month
- Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree (strong preferred)
- Nice to have: CRM experience (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
