About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the railing systems segment
- Drive revenue growth by promoting railing solutions
- Lead sales initiatives to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Provide market intelligence on trends in outdoor living
- Monitor competitor activity and gather actionable insights
- Manage key distributor and dealer partnerships
- Create and utilize sales tools and collateral
- Develop and execute sales plans tailored to railing systems
- Coach and provide feedback to the sales team
Requirements
- 4+ years of outside sales experience in the building materials industry
- Experience with pull-through selling
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to train and support internal teams
