About the role

  • Develop user interfaces, ensuring responsiveness across devices, and optimizing for performance using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Create server-side logic and applications, typically using languages and frameworks such as node js, Python, .NET, or PHP.
  • Design and create optimized database schemas, tables, and models (e.g., MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Integrate large language models and retrieval augmented generation systems into functional applications.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and technical documentation for existing applications.
  • Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance issues in the application, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Reviewing peers' code for quality, security, and standards to maintain a healthy codebase.
  • Work cooperatively with project and account managers, designers, engineers, and other team members, as required.
  • Contribute to team growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong full-stack background
  • Proven experience in a full stack engineering role
  • Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, .NET, Java or similar)
  • Clear understanding of system architecture, APIs, and scalable application design
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Experience with AI and agentic systems and technology is a strong plus
  • Strong (English) communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
