Ensure exceptional customer support via email, online chat, phone or other channels
Go extra mile for the customer collaborating with support team
Proactively watch out for the best interest of our customers
Escalate issues to your team leader or other departments as required
Provide training and assistance to other new team members when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have a customer-oriented mindset – any experience working with customers would be an advantage
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to communicate clearly on the phone
Be well organized and attentive to details
Be fluent in Lithuanian and good English language knowledge (Russian language is an advantage)
Have a positive “can-do” attitude
Be able to work flexible hours (weekends and shifts)
