About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively seeking new customers and managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing the deal
- Building strong relationships with existing clients
- Making it clear how MyBee's services add value for B2B and B2C clients and creating proposals
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback, sharing insights to support company growth
- Collaborating with Operations, Fleet Management, and other teams to make sure customers have a smooth experience
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service
- Contributing to sales process development, helping optimize strategies and workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Brings experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or a similar role
- Leads with a structured approach to outbound sales – manage lead lists, prioritize outreach, and track touchpoints
- Confident in cold outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and reach decision-makers
- Demonstrates a proven ability to exceed targets and drive growth
- Has awesome communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Manages time effectively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Is familiar with CRM software, strong Excel skills, and other sales tools
- Is fluent in Latvian and English
