About the role
- - Actively seeking new customers and managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing the deal
- - Building strong relationships with existing clients
- - Making it clear how MyBee's services add value for B2B clients and creating proposals
- - Analyzing sales data and customer feedback, sharing insights to support company's growth
- - Collaborating with Operations, Fleet Management, and other teams to make sure customers have a smooth experience
- - Hitting and exceeding sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service
- - Representing the company at industry events and trade fairs
- - Contributing to sales process development, helping optimize strategies and workflows
Requirements
- - Structured and confident approach to outbound sales, with the ability to manage contacts, set priorities, and communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- - Demonstrates a proven ability to exceed targets and drive growth
- - Has awesome communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- - Is familiar with CRM software, strong Excel skills, and other sales tools
- - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings
- - Is fluent in Estonian and has good English language skills; Russian is an advantage
