About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive end-to-end execution across key platform product areas: APIs, integrations, enterprise workflows, dashboards, and self-serve UX
Translate strategy into clear scope, milestones, and shipped outcomes in close partnership with Engineering
Run fast build→launch→learn cycles with constant iteration and high transparency
Contribute strong product design thinking and help raise the UX bar across the platform
Start as the VP’s right hand across priorities, with opportunity to own a full platform domain over time

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience shipping real products, from MVP to scale
Extreme ownership mindset: you drive outcomes end-to-end, not just process
Strong product taste and clear passion for UX and design quality
Strong data analytics and metrics experience
Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high urgency and shifting priorities
Experience working closely with APIs, developer workflows, or technical enterprise products
Ability to prototype functional product experiences quickly (technical fluency matters)
Strong communication and execution discipline across Product + Engineering
