About the role
- Drive end-to-end execution across key platform product areas: APIs, integrations, enterprise workflows, dashboards, and self-serve UX
- Translate strategy into clear scope, milestones, and shipped outcomes in close partnership with Engineering
- Run fast build→launch→learn cycles with constant iteration and high transparency
- Contribute strong product design thinking and help raise the UX bar across the platform
- Start as the VP’s right hand across priorities, with opportunity to own a full platform domain over time
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience shipping real products, from MVP to scale
- Extreme ownership mindset: you drive outcomes end-to-end, not just process
- Strong product taste and clear passion for UX and design quality
- Strong data analytics and metrics experience
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high urgency and shifting priorities
- Experience working closely with APIs, developer workflows, or technical enterprise products
- Ability to prototype functional product experiences quickly (technical fluency matters)
- Strong communication and execution discipline across Product + Engineering
