  • Assist and guide customers to the right answers
  • Solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services

Requirements

  • Customer service-oriented mods
  • Ability to follow a written workflow
  • Available weekdays and weekends
  • Has a friendly tone (a must!)
  • Willingness to adjust for feedback and help the team
  • Somebody who needs to take shifts whenever the project is in need of people
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
