  • Answer questions from parents, teachers, and other school officials who are new to the books and methodology of the product.

Requirements

  • Prior teaching/educational experience is required
  • Customer service experience via phones, email, and tickets
  • Willingness to take phone calls on every shift
  • A pleasant and professional phone presence
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and writing skills
  • Ability to follow documentation
  • Experience with Zendesk and HubSpot is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Reliable internet connection
  • High-quality headset with noise-canceling microphone
