About the role
- Support product with answers about orders, customizations, etc.
- Answer questions from parents, teachers, and other school officials who are new to the books and methodology of the product.
Requirements
- Prior teaching/educational experience is required
- Customer service experience via phones, email, and tickets
- Willingness to take phone calls on every shift
- A pleasant and professional phone presence
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and writing skills
- Ability to follow documentation
- Experience with Zendesk and HubSpot is preferred
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Reliable internet connection
- High-quality headset with noise-canceling microphone
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace for taking calls
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication on both your device and mobile phone
