About the role

  • First point of contact for customers of a leading music streaming service
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in German and English
  • Help customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ensure customers have the best possible listening experience
  • Complete language assessments and attend orientation/nesting/production hours as scheduled

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English with professional-level communication skills in both
  • Experience providing support through inbound messaging
  • Experience handling 3-5 simultaneous chats
  • Orientation availability: 40 hours/week for 8-week orientation (specific PT hours provided)
  • Available production hours: daily, 24/7; commit 25 hours/week with 12 hours on Sat/Sun
  • Access to dedicated laptop/desktop (Windows 10+), 8GB RAM, stable broadband (25 Mbps), webcam or smartphone for photos, dual monitors recommended
  • Willingness to install ModSquad security software and 2FA app on mobile device
  • Complete language assessments in German and English
