About the role

  • Shape the organization’s Workforce Technology strategy, weaving AI into systems and processes.
  • Direct and inspire a team of technology business process managers, specialists and analysts.
  • Collaborate with People Ops, Recruiting and Services to craft tech solutions that streamline and expedite operations.
  • Drive creation and implementation of smart workflows using AI, automation, and self-service tools.
  • Modernize outdated processes and systems into agile, predictive, and data-rich frameworks.
  • Embed AI literacy within the organization through intuitive tools, training, and daily nudges.
  • Ensure all systems uphold privacy, security, and compliance at scale.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to People and IT leaders, turning visions into tangible outcomes.
  • Contribute to ModSquad’s remote-first CX services supporting moderation, trust & safety, and customer support for global brands.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing workforce technology or HRIS teams.
  • Significant experience with HCM (preferably Workday), recruiting, workforce planning, and other personnel-focused systems.
  • Significant experience with workflow automation platforms like Workato.
  • Ideal candidates have significant experience with LLMs, machine learning, agentic AI, and conversational AI that's applicable to this role.
  • Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex workforce technology solutions in a high-growth environment.
  • A profound understanding of technology orchestration and system design.
  • Must be able to work in alignment with America’s time zones.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate expertly with and influence clients, colleagues, direct reports, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High EQ and a sense of humor are required.
