About the role
- ModSquad's Information Technology department seeks a Technical Business Process Manager to collaborate with our Sales and Marketing departments as part of our larger Enterprise Applications team.
- Guide process improvements, automations, system integrations, and system administration with a focus on enhancing sales and marketing operations.
- Include continuous improvement efforts, integrating new AI technical initiatives, and working with existing GTM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, GA4, and AI tools like Jasper.
- Work with a variety of GTM technologies to optimize our sales and marketing workflows.
- Prepare documentation to ensure stakeholders understand changes, systems, and processes related to Sales and Marketing technology.
- Project manage change initiatives and troubleshoot issues related to Sales and Marketing systems.
- Actively participate in agile management processes and recommend changes to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies, particularly Salesforce and Hubspot.
- 2+ years of experience working within a Sales and Marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of GTM data analytics, core sales and marketing processes, such as lead generation, campaign management, and customer relationship management.
- Highly valued skills include familiarity and hands-on experience with GEO (generative SEO), GTM Journeys, Bowtie full funnel focus, Account Based Marketing, and Winning by Design concepts
- Experience operating in a consultative role to understand and meet the needs of multiple stakeholders within Sales and Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration principles.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and how they might be applied to Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively.
- High EQ and a sense of humor are required.
