About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Audit the end-to-end lead lifecycle to ensure 100% tracking accuracy and resolve 'leaky' conversion points.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between our sales and marketing departments, translating sales feedback into actionable marketing process improvements.
- Design and optimize lead scoring models and automated routing logic to ensure the highest-value prospects reach the sales team quickly.
- Set standards for data hygiene and oversee lead source attribution to accurately capture marketing’s impact on revenue.
- Evaluate workflows to reduce friction and identify opportunities to leverage new tools or AI features to improve efficiency.
- Develop standard, scalable processes for lead handling and lead the rollout of new funnel processes to ensure consistent execution across the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within a SaaS-based company, with a proven track record of managing lead lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, including lead scoring, multi-touch attribution, and automated routing.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience acting as a liaison between marketing and sales leadership.
- Strategic thinker with a deep technical foundation in marketing technology and data analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to design and document scalable operational processes (SOPs).
- Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications in Salesforce (Admin) or Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot); experience in the SaaS or healthcare industry is a plus.
