About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engaging daily with clients and teammates to build and sustain positive and productive working relationships.
Monitoring device readings, contacting clients to determine if they require further intervention or assistance.
Managing inbound calls and handling all incoming alarm signal activities.
Making outbound calls to reach customers, emergency contacts, and Police/Fire/EMS regarding alarm activities.
Following standard operating procedures.
Verifying demographics and other related data and entering patient information into appropriate systems.
Answering routine inquiries and relaying information and messages to appropriate health professionals, agencies, departments, and other individuals or groups requiring notification.
Maintaining access to, and security of, sensitive materials.
Explaining products or services and answering questions from customers.
Maintaining accurate records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
Troubleshooting devices and reporting malfunctions to ensure units receive necessary maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required.
Two (2) plus years of related professional or healthcare medical experience.
LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred.
Call Center experience preferred.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
An energetic pace along with a positive attitude.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time.
