About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engaging daily with clients and teammates to build and sustain positive and productive working relationships.
  • Monitoring device readings, contacting clients to determine if they require further intervention or assistance.
  • Managing inbound calls and handling all incoming alarm signal activities.
  • Making outbound calls to reach customers, emergency contacts, and Police/Fire/EMS regarding alarm activities.
  • Following standard operating procedures.
  • Verifying demographics and other related data and entering patient information into appropriate systems.
  • Answering routine inquiries and relaying information and messages to appropriate health professionals, agencies, departments, and other individuals or groups requiring notification.
  • Maintaining access to, and security of, sensitive materials.
  • Explaining products or services and answering questions from customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
  • Troubleshooting devices and reporting malfunctions to ensure units receive necessary maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Two (2) plus years of related professional or healthcare medical experience.
  • LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • Call Center experience preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An energetic pace along with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time.
