About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports Treasury and banking-related projects across the organization.
Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance treasury operations and efficiencies.
Assists with execution of daily cash management activities, including payment processing.
Monitors and analyzes bank and merchant fees, including credit card and cash management expenses.
Monitors Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) activity and updates credit information as needed.
Compiles short-term and long-term cash forecasts and coordinates movement of excess cash between accounts and investments.
Serves as a Treasury liaison and point of contact for bank access and bank account management.
Assists with administration of company and corporate card programs.
Provides information and support related to internal and external audits and ensures compliance with cash management activities.
Initiates and administers wire transfers, ACH transactions, and book transfers.
Maintains positive and effective relationships with depository banking partners.
Supports corporate accounting, tax, financial planning, internal audit, and other departments as related to treasury transactions and entity structures.
Participates in additional projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
Five (5) plus years of corporate treasury operations experience required.
General overall knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced Corporate Treasury organization preferred.
Proficiency using Kyriba to support treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk activities
Broad treasury operations experience with the ability to support project-based work.
Treasury experience within the healthcare industry preferred.
Ability to apply accounting, finance, and treasury principles effectively.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
Ability to quickly understand and evaluate complex financial transactions.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective planning, organization, and priority-setting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
