Treasury Analyst III
ModivcareTreasury Analyst supporting daily treasury operations and banking-related projects for Modivcare. Collaborate to identify financial exposures and support strategic business decisions in a healthcare setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports Treasury and banking-related projects across the organization.
- Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance treasury operations and efficiencies.
- Assists with execution of daily cash management activities, including payment processing.
- Monitors and analyzes bank and merchant fees, including credit card and cash management expenses.
- Monitors Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) activity and updates credit information as needed.
- Compiles short-term and long-term cash forecasts and coordinates movement of excess cash between accounts and investments.
- Serves as a Treasury liaison and point of contact for bank access and bank account management.
- Assists with administration of company and corporate card programs.
- Provides information and support related to internal and external audits and ensures compliance with cash management activities.
- Initiates and administers wire transfers, ACH transactions, and book transfers.
- Maintains positive and effective relationships with depository banking partners.
- Supports corporate accounting, tax, financial planning, internal audit, and other departments as related to treasury transactions and entity structures.
- Participates in additional projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- Five (5) plus years of corporate treasury operations experience required.
- General overall knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced Corporate Treasury organization preferred.
- Proficiency using Kyriba to support treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk activities
- Broad treasury operations experience with the ability to support project-based work.
- Treasury experience within the healthcare industry preferred.
- Ability to apply accounting, finance, and treasury principles effectively.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to quickly understand and evaluate complex financial transactions.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective planning, organization, and priority-setting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
