About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in the onboarding process
  • Utilizes various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
  • Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Conducts initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural add
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and team members
  • Provides timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Prepares job offers and navigate upfront offer discussions with candidates

  • Ensures a smooth transition for new employees and address any onboarding-related questions

Requirements
