About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in the onboarding process
- Utilizes various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
- Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Conducts initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural add
- Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Provides timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Prepares job offers and navigate upfront offer discussions with candidates
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Works closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities
- Communicates effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Ensures a smooth transition for new employees and address any onboarding-related questions
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
