Key responsibilities & impact

Lead discovery and design of end-to-end payment, reconciliation, and ledger systems
Drive onboarding from solution design through launch
Guide architecture decisions across scalability, reliability, and complexity
Troubleshoot complex issues across APIs and production systems
Partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions and improve the product
Act as the voice of the customer by identifying product gaps and opportunities

What you’ll need

3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer
Strong experience with REST APIs and system design
Comfortable debugging issues across integrations and production systems
Ability to lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, implementation and manage technical stakeholders
Experience using AI agents in a work environment
Experience writing code or building applications is a plus
Background in fintech, payments, or financial systems is a plus
Familiarity with ledgering, reconciliation, or accounting concepts is a plus
