About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a partner and report into the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development across all initiatives
Perform strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions, including pricing, new products, cost structure analysis, and expansion
Partner with organizational leaders to develop a vision for scaling efficiently, achieving profitability, and improving financial performance
Partner with key business stakeholders to support financially sound decisions, including new vendors and new products
Identify and manage ad hoc projects as needed
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop and scale pricing and help shape company strategy and the path to profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in banking, PE, VC, and/or startup operations, strategy, or strategic finance
Mastery of Excel and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools
Ability to develop and present complex issues through presentations, dashboards, and similar formats
Robust understanding of financial statements and experience building financial models from scratch
Basic understanding of accounting concepts
Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance
Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail
Passion for building and improving operational processes
Humble, scrappy, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Industry experience in SaaS or digital healthcare is a plus
Pricing and packaging experience is a plus
Ability to maintain US work authorization throughout employment without employer sponsorship, employer-provided training plans, or attestations
