About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in MFL Academy’s Residency Program in one of our Colorado offices
- Join MFL to receive training in substantive family law and courtroom advocacy
- Receive mentorship from the MFL Learning & Development department and legal teams
- Transition to an MFL Associate Attorney position upon passing the Bar
- Manage direct client contact and case management on matters involving divorce, child custody, financial support
- Develop litigation skills as first chair early in your career
Requirements
What you’ll need- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Register for the upcoming February or July 2027 Bar exam.
- Attain a passing score on the MPRE __before__ sitting for the Bar exam.
- Timely submission and approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar.
- Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus.
- Mock Trial experience is a plus.
- Submission of cover letter, law school transcript, and responses to candidate questionnaire.
